In recent years Snow Wilkins’ experience in all things property has led to the company expanding its services to the specialist field of property development and project management throughout New Zealand. The firm has developed a reputation of successfully managing developments from the early stages of scoping out the viability of the project through to resource consent planning and managing subcontractors to completing the entire project to budget and more importantly to deadline.

Snow Wilkins also has a main office in Hastings and service offices in Napier, Wairoa and Taupo and has in-depth property knowledge of the central North Island including Taupo, Hastings, Napier, Wairoa, Gisborne, Waipukurau and Dannevirke.

Tim Wilkins - Managing Director
Tim is qualified and experienced in providing valuation and expert property advice in the fields of residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties. He specialises in the field of property development valuation, consultancy and rural valuation. Tim is very much focused on results and outcomes for clients.
Tim’s qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Agriculture (Valuation and Farm Management)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Commercial Valuation & Property Management)
- Certificate in Plant and Chattels Valuation
- Member of the New Zealand Property Institute
- Registered Valuer

Kevin Wilkins
Kevin has been providing valuation and property advice to clients in Hawke’s Bay for over 30 years. He now specialises in the field of rural valuation. There is virtually no rural farm in Hawkes Bay Kevin has not been on. He is often called as an Expert Witness to Arbitrations and Court appearances. He also specialises in the field of development valuations and feasibilities.
Kevin’s qualifications include:
- Diploma in Agriculture
- Diploma in Farm Management
- Registered Valuer
- Associate of New Zealand Institute of Valuers
- Member of New Zealand Property Institute

Tracey Phillips - Office Administrator
Tracey has been at Snow Wilkins for 21 years and is an important member of the team. Tracey administers the accounts for over 10 companies and provides project management support for the Valuers and Property Experts within the business.
Support Staff
As with any good business, good support staff is paramount to providing a successful product. Currently,
Snow Wilkins are supported by an additional five support staff and personal assistants who are experts in computer software, advanced computer valuation packages, research and market analysis. They also have a passion for ensuring all our clients get excellent service.
